Due to the past beef with PokerShare.com for taking over the Excapsa Network, UB is getting kicked out of the WPT circuit. So they no longer have the Aruba qualifiers.

www.PokerShare.com (http://www.PokerShare.com) is currently down, and it seems, agaisnt its will. Just visit them and find out a bit more about it. And so that you have i lil background, PokerShare had the best loyalty program in the industry and many UB clients were switching over.

So beware...

Huh?

Whose past beef, UBs or WPTs? What was this beef? Details please?

"UB clients"? "many UB clients"? I presume PokerShare was a poker site. Why did UB players switch to PokerShare, but not Stars or Party or * players?

This post, given that it's #6 for you, makes me think that you work for one of the companies in question and are trying to spread dirt about UB. Even if it is accurate dirt.

I have never played on UB or Pokershare, but from what I have read pokershare was a skin of UB that offered higher rakeback than UB, and that UB shut them down.

i'm sure there are more details than that, but you'll have to get them from someone more knowledgable than I.

I'm not a regular reader of this forum or the zoo, so insider-only threads like this confuse me.

ty for the links.

does anyone have the story on how UB screwed a bunch of people during the first season of the wpt?

if anyone really wants to find it, i'm sure if you search RGP you can find it on there.

I'm not sure about the qualifyier schedules but Isn't it a little too early to the Aruba qualifyers?

it's way way early for the Aruba qualifiers since that tournament is in Sept.

I mthink they started the qualifiers around May or so last year but am not positive (I cam damn close to winning a seat in a june qualifier...drat drat drat).

And I am not aware of WPT having released their next season's schedule yet.
