Recently my physics professor gave us an extra credit problem that required for us to find the moment of an inertia of a solid sphere (centered in 3-d space with radius = r) using spherical coordinates and cartesian coordinates. I was able to do this using spherical coordinates, but I am having problems using cartesian coordinates. If anyone can help out, I'd appreciate it.

take your answer for spherical coordinates and convert it to cartesian coordinates duh
