PARTY POKER signup question.

Can you receive the refer a friend bonus as well as the sign up bonus?

I know when I signed at Poker Now accepting the refer a friend disqualified me from the sign up bonus.

I can't remember Party's rules though, thanks for the help everyone. GL.
