Ban scenario question

Hi all,

I (username Clayton) was banned for one month from 2+2 for using the takeback rule in the forums. The user who banned me was astroglide.

Astro is no longer a mod. How should this be handled?

I think my query is reasonable enough to circumvent the ban since the mod who took care of the banning is no longer a mod. Quit being a douche, you have no business in this.

An OOT rule astroglide created that if you post something and ask for it to be removed from the forums you will be banned for 30 days.
