In their T&C (http://www.grandbankscasino.com/html/terms.asp), it lists the following:
"Players who endeavor only to meet minimum playthrough requirements of a given bonus, exhibiting 'bonus hunter' characteristics, will have their accounts automatically flagged and audited. Should the security department determine that a new player account was set-up solely to exploit this bonus, the player may forfeit their bonus money, any winnings gained under this promotion and their deposit returned minus a $15 administration fee."
Should I bother doing this bonus?

They are telling you straight up that they reserve the right to retract your bonus, your winnings, and another $15 just to rub salt in the wound.
Take the hint.

This sounds like (I forget the casino group by has Grand Banks, Black Widdow & a few more).
If so, DO NOT DO THEM!

T&Cs alone don't tell you anything. Just about every site has anti-whoring verbiage, it's all in how (if at all) the site implements it.
Iggy's right, Grand Banks and the rest of their group are on CasinoMeister's rogue list (http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/blackwidow.html)

Grand Banks effed me. I decided to play them when CM took them off Rogue and put them on probation.
Now, of course I was playing there because of the bonus, but I played $10-$20 hands of VP and wagered almost double what I had to for the bonus.
They returned my deposit (minus the $15 "eff you" fee) and labled me a bonus abuser. Took forever to get CM actually involved, even though he said to notify him on any problems at all with the group.
After like a month, they finally gave me the $15 back and my winnings (which I never understood why they took in the first place) but I never did get the bonus money. They even made me sign some crap and fax them saying that I had been paid in full. I had to sign it to get anything back, even though I wasn't being paid in full.
Eff those bastards!
