Cleared Starluck bonus but can't withdraw - how much lag is there?

I cleared the 100% signup bonus up to $100. The wager requirement is 8x which is $1600. I wagered over $2000, but when I go to the cashier page it says I still haven't wagered enough. I cleared this bonus yesterday and I'm just waiting until it says I can cashout. Is this normal? How long can it take until their count catches up? This is the first casino bonus I have done.
