Thinking about signing on at Pacific Poker. To clear their bonus, you have to wager(bet) 20 times the amount of the bonus to get it. So if you deposit $400 to get $100 bonus, you have to wager $2000 within 90 days to clear it. Not sure how long that may take at low stakes like 1/2 or 2/4. Does anyone have experience clearing Pacific's bonus?

It takes a long time to clear the Pacific bonus mostly because a player can play only one table at a time currently.

Pacific says they are adding features to allow multitabling.

The opposition plays poorly so a patient expert can profit but it will take a lot of time IMO there are better bonuses out there.

Ya this is a great bonus. First off, you can withdraw your 400 if you dont lose any before asking for a withdraw. I dont know how long you are suppost to have it in before you can, I waited 48 hours.

Second if you have a winning session, you can withdraw anything in your account over the 100 bonus.

third I never cleared the whole bonus, I just withdrew after a losing session and it worked.

So to summarize my Pacific experience:

got bonus didnt play waited 2 days withdrew 400 (so now at even money)

Ran it up to 150, withdrew 50 (+50)

Next session up 25, withdrew 25 (+75)

Next session lost 30, Withdrew 70 (+145).

Deposited $100 and never even thought about the wager requirements. I worked them off playing $3H and $5H. Just kept winning and winning but after a tourney score of over 4K, they made me fax them documents to claim it. Ended up with about 10K after about 1000 hours. Now that I look back on it, I don't think I even played that well.

I was playing the MTTs there because they had good overlays, but I don't know if they fulfill wager requirements or not.
