Party bonus question (not a code)

I had and acct. specific bonus. I deposited entered the bonus code. Its not showing up in my bonus account anyone else have this problem?

I did, as I was posting. I accually got a reply with-in 1 hour. They manually put it in and accually made it a 5x bonus. I just posted to see if maybe it was a bug of some sort.
