Neither. Tuesday 11:59 PM (aka tonight at midnight).

During the New Year's promotion they had some tables still blue for over an hour after midnight as they were resetting them back to normal, and tickets still counted during that period.

I just read the payout structure for this one...After a weekend placating my girlfriend I've only got 215 tickets...I'll get in 6k today, but i'm almost positive the best thing i'll get is a 100 dollar kick in the balls by party. Enjoy!
