Is it possible to become a party VIP and be eligible for the bonuses they offer and have std rakeback at the same time?
On a related note, does Party VIP's get the same bonuses as "normal players" such as the march reload 3x promotion?

I had it through reduce the rake and he got shutdown. I don't see the point in opening another account and trying again.
