Looking for a book to learn more about the math of poker. Specifically looking to learn more about the methods fuguring odds and and explanation of the nomenclature/symbols used.

A good website might be just as helpful.

Mathew Hilger is supposed to be writing a book on poker odds. He wrote Internet Texas Holdem. His new book was expected it to be published at the end of 2005. You may want to take a look at King Yao's Weighing the Odds in Holdem Poker. Two other books you may want to consider include Mike Petriv's Hold'em Odds Book and Catalin Barboianu's Texas Holdem Odds. CB's book is a PDF you can buy and download from Amazon. Actually, you can find all three books mentioned by doing a search for "poker odds" at Amazon.
