It was pretty crazy of me to sit in that game. When I first sat, only one person had more than 20 BB at the table. The average stack of the rest of the players was about 11 BB (ranging from 5.5 BB to 18 BB). I actually sat with about 13 BB.

Looks like everyone was there to take a shot and I got lucky. It could just have easily gone the other way though. OTOH, it was cool to make $800 in about 45 minutes. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

yah i dont like the 6k6 call either alchemist

just goes to show that the skill level doesnt always increase with buy in although if he were a top player it might be a +ev call if they outplay ppl badly on later streets

I have taken a couple of ill-advised shots at this game already. Once I get pumped up a bit more, I'll probably play it somewhat more regularly.

I am pretty sure that it is impossible for someone to call a raise from an Ace with (K6)6 and be a winning player at stud/8.
