States that have Internet Gambling Laws

I have found 7 states that have laws prohibiting Internet gambling. The states are Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Does anybody know if anyone was ever prosecuted in these states?

You can add Michigan to the list.... and I want to say NJ too but you will probably want to look that one up.

Somebody here once said that an individual in ND got in trouble for being an affiliate... I have no clue if this is true or not.
