Ordered both from Amazon. Less than $20.00 each, and the shipping was free.
I'm still working my way through SSH right now, so I won't be reading them soon, but I've got them when I'd ready.
In Feb I'll register my copy of Poker Tracker. Then I can inport all my hand histories from Poker Academy for detailed analysis. In March I can x-fer $100.00 over to Neteller and start grinding the micro-limits.
Psychology of Poker and Inside the Poker Mind are next.
