I interpreted it to be 3 days for each bonus and set of requirements (9 days total). what I am wondering is if I comlete the first bonus in 2 days, does my second bonus start as soon as I complete the raked hands requirement or the next day. In other words, if I complete the first bonus at 6:00 pm on day two (or day three), do I immediately start accumulating raked hands for the second bonus o do I have to wait until the next day to start the second bonus and then have 3 days to clear it.

I think thats a sham. The 2nd bonus is 15x in 3 days (72 freaking hours!?!?!?) and the 3rd bonus is 20x in 3 days. I think I will just complete the first one, but screw the 2nd and 3rd.

You have to wait:

I got the 25to100 mar bonus. I also got the 3 in 1 bonus crap. So it's 1,000 rake hands for the first $100, 1,500 for the second $100, and 2,000 for the third $100 and each has to be completed in an interval of three days. That's 4,500 raked hands for $300. no, that just means that you must deposit at least $50 to get the bonus.

Since you're always saying how easy these calculations are, can you doublecheck this for me?

Deciding between 4 tabling 3/6 or 2 tabling 5/10 for the 25 to 100 bonus. I need 1000 hands in the least amount of time.

Assume 100 hands/ hour for each table.

5/10 in my DB, every 1.4 hands is raked.

3/6 in my DB, every 1.9 hands is reaked.

2 tabling 5/10 = 200/1.4 = 142 Raked hands/ hour
4 tabling 3/6 = 400/1.9 = 211 Raked hands/ hour

So if I want to get done faster, I should 4 table 3/6 and not 2 table 5/10 (yes I know 4 tabling 5/10 is best, but that's not an option for me).

i think that those of us with the acceler8or offer and the reload offer may also be getting the 3x offer. my friend with the 75 3x offer said that the bonus just appears as a normal 75 reload in the bonus details page, but the pop-up tells of the triple opportunity. well, i already have a pop-up reminding me of the acceler8or promo, so maybe the other pop-up doesn't show up. i can dream, right? normally, there would be a pop-up notifying the regular reload, so it sorta makes sense. i can't play tonight, so if somebody clears the bonus tonight and another pending bonus shows up tomorrow, let us know.

I think this is a valid theory.

Reason we aren't getting the triple-up pop-up about it is because we are getting the A8 pop-up instead.

looking at it as 'every 1.4 hands' being raked is actually slightly confusing to me...but I think I get your drift.

Looks like you are playing 6-max (since you are assuming 100 hds/hr...I assume closer to 95, but whatever...100/hr makes the calculations easier).


I usually go by something like:
3/6 6-max = about 50% raked
5/10 6-max = about 70-72% raked


so, 4 tables of 3/6 = 200 hds an hour
2 tables of 5/10 = 142 hds an hour


Note - I think slightly fewer hands get raked at 3/6 then what you are speculating. But it's all about table-selection and how tight you might be playing, etc.

Regardless, our calcs are pretty much the same and it's pretty clear that 4-tabling 3/6 would do it faster than 2-tabling 5/10.

However, 3-tabling 5/10 would likely go about the same as (or perhaps a little faster) 4-tabling 3/6.

The point here is that there isn't any of this 1/4 raked-hand crap (if less than $1 rake) like they do on crypto or true.

If it's raked AT ALL than it counts (with a couple of little exceptions in the smaller games which don't even effect many players)

If you have p-tracker you should be able to look this up on your own past play and figure out the numbers.

Go to the 'game notes' tab and in the upper-right you can filter for all hands raked .10 or more.

Figure out the percentage of how many of those hands are raked and there you go.

I've been clearing my A8 bonus every week and In my sidebar I got 25% to 100.
I, however, do not see any info as to weather or not I can triple this one, so i'm guessingg it's just liek a regular reload and not one of these new kewl fandangled ones.

I finally got the e-mail for the 'reload to the power of 3'


I still do not see the pop-up (probably because I'm still getting the A8 pop-up instead I'm guessing) and I see no 'triple-up' info in the lobby either.


It is my guess that EVERYONE who has the reload also has the triple-up options.

Again, I don't KNOW that everybody gets the triple thing.

Yeah, they are screwing up another promotion by sending out mixed messages. The email I received last night said that approximately 24 hours after finishing the first bonus, I would receive an email notifying me that I was now eligible to play for the second bonus.

I like the promotion and think it's a great idea and all, but once again they are making this a lot more complicated than it needs to be.

Part of me thinks there is some mad genius behind the scenes at Party who is purposely designing all of these slightly flawed promotions because he knows that it means that poker forums everywhere will be drowning in questions about the latest Party promotion.

I'm curious what factors they use to determine who gets which bonus.

Logic would dictate (yeah yeah...it's party...what logic??) that those who play slightly less would get smaller bonuses that they can handle easier.


Well, my A8 bonus was 13005 points per week for $525.
They told me I would 'just have to play a little more'.
I haven't done it at all because 6-tabling the 3/6 games for 46+ hours per week is not something I wanted to do.

So obviously they have me pegged as a guy who SHOULD be able to play a high-volume of hands.


But for the reload they only gave me the 15% for $75. Which I thought was interesting.

Not really complaining.
$75 or $100 bonus isn't that big a deal. It's all 10x anyway.

Just thought it was interesting that some formula in party's computers found me to be both a super high-volume player for the A8 stuff...yet somebody who should get a smaller bonus for the triple-reload.

I got the 15TO75 bonus. I emailed party telling them I finished my first bonus at 2am today, and asked when my raked hands will start to count towards the second bonus. Here is their reply:

I have found it pretty easy the following way. Click sessions tab. Go to the 2nd set of stats on this page "Session Detail". Use the arrow down until you find the Date and time that you started your second or third bonus,(not sure from reading peoples emails though how you will know the time for sure, hopefully we will know something more on this soon). Once you find that first session, highlight it. Now you can look down to the 3rd set of stats on this page,(Games played during selected session: X# raked hand played in this session). That will give you the raked hands played, then if you just hit the direction arrow up on your keypad the highlighted session from the (session detail)stat will move to the next one, you can just use a calculator and add it up pretty quickly. Sorry this was so long, I wanted it to be clear.

Cashing out after you made the deposit usually voids all bonuses so i assume it will void this also.

The better way is to go to game session. Load all of your games for the day and then filer with rake >= 0.10. Make sure that you have the correct time of day set to 12M as you need to count the way party does, atleast for party points this is important.

this is ridiculous, I have played 1877 hands and apparently only 995 were raked. In nl usually >70% of hands are raked, PT says 1480 were raked.

Hopefully party's stats are just delayed and they aren't actually this [censored] up. it used to be instant.

I'm having the same issue with party not counting NL raked hands correctly. I played 2k hands for 2/4 NL and it is saying 750 were raked.

You can only hope the system is slow to catch up on your total amount of hands. Unless something in the T&C changed, this amount of incorrect totals of raked hands is quite alarming.

well the first 100 bonus is there. i take back that complaint, but the raked hand counting system is all screwed up. plus going for this next 1500 hand thing in 3 days seems weird since it isn't listed and you have no clue where you stand.

that said, party's new "extortion" bonuses are making me tons by forcing me to play decent hours. I am a fan.

My limit hands were being credited correctly yesterday when I cleared #1. Maybe I haven't been credited with #2 yet because the count is off. Of course, I wouldn't [censored] know since they won't list the 2nd [censored] bonus anywhere. Party needs to stop being a bunch of incompetent [censored] ups.

Yeah, this is the way to do it, after you filter for rake under session, you can filter for specific days under preferences. The main thing in this instance is to check how many raked hands you have for the day when you clear one level of the bonus and then subtract that number from the raked hands for the next level.

I know that doesn't sound very clear, but I'm having a hard time expressing myself at the moment, so I hope the above makes some sense.

Not sure this hasn't been mentionned before but I've been sucessful in updating the rake hand count (on the 1st bonus) by clicking bonus details, then account balance then going back to bonus details

My raked hands was very close to accurate. I played something like 1,300 raked hands and the bonus was credited a while before I stopped playing (so, probably soon after 1000 raked hands).

I've checked my poker tracker stats and the count was accurate. I received the bonus asap as well. My play was all after peak hours though, after midnight. Clearing bonuses and such has always been laggy during peak hours at Party (raked hand updates and bonus payment, even the start of a bonus after a deposit can sometimes lag) - but I've never been given an inaccurate count.

#1 make sure it says your bonus is active before you start play.

#2 make sure you know what a raked hand is and how this is NOT the same as the number of total hands played. For example at NL100 6max approximately 77% of hands are raked. This is an average over a very large amount of hands (>300k) with a variety of # of seats filled (however 6 most common).

A far lower percentage of limit hands are raked (but those that are, on average are raked for more). This may be what accounts for your discrepancies. For example I have 10k hands of 3/6 6max limit and only about 42% are raked. Much smaller sample size (so the actual figure may vary), but certainly not by much.

Go to the session notes tab. At the bottom where it lists the individual hands from the highlighted session, click the rake heading to sort the hands from highest to lowest. You can count them here. There may be a better way, but this is the only one I know.

I have found it pretty easy the following way. Click sessions tab. Go to the 2nd set of stats on this page "Session Detail". Use the arrow down until you find the Date and time that you started your second or third bonus,(not sure from reading peoples emails though how you will know the time for sure, hopefully we will know something more on this soon). Once you find that first session, highlight it. Now you can look down to the 3rd set of stats on this page,(Games played during selected session: X# raked hand played in this session). That will give you the raked hands played, then if you just hit the direction arrow up on your keypad the highlighted session from the (session detail)stat will move to the next one, you can just use a calculator and add it up pretty quickly. Sorry this was so long, I wanted it to be clear.

If you have the latest PT all you have to do is go to the Game Notes tab. Make sure you filtered for only the days you played on party that you want to check.

Then in the top right click Get All, then use the rake filter and it will tell you on the left how many were raked.

Here 896 hands were raked. (and Party only credited me with 700 fwiw)

quick question..

I deposited $500 on (the 10th? on the 1st day we got these promotions)..so I played 1000 raked hands..finished them at ~2:00 AM on the 12th..and got the first $100 credited.

So now does the 3 day window start over again..or do i have to play the next 1500 raked hands by the end of the 12th???

or does the 3 day window reset and I have to play them by the 15th?...

My count has been accurate. If I remember right for the bonus, the raked hand has to be at least.50. That maybe causing a problem for people that play nl and are getting a lot of hands with only .10 raked.

I'm in a bit of a quandary. I cleared the first bonus on 3/11 around 4 PM, but it wasn't actually credited until 3/12 at 00:35 EST. I'm not sure if this is a trick so I will play hands on 3/12 and they won't count towards the second bonus or not. Anyone have any idea if I can start working towards the 2nd bonus right now or if I have to wait until 3/13. Seems kind of fishy that it's credited 30 minutes past midnight even though the bonus had been cleared for about 8 hours.

The end-date of the 2nd stage is set to the 15th (I cleared the 1st stage yesterday).

roquille: A raked hand is a raked hand is a raked hand. You have to be dealt cards, but that's it. The number of raked hands you have to play is 10 times the size of the bonus (initially).

so if your bonus is $100, you have to be dealt cards in 1000 hands that are raked.

As long as there is a rake it counts as a raked hand. So if you have a $50 bonus, you need 500 raked for the first $50, 750 more raked for the 2nd, and 1000 more raked hands for the last $50.

If your going to give advice then make sure you know
what the hell your talking about!! In NL just because
a rake is taken it doesn't mean it counts! At a full
table the rake has to amount to one penny for each player.
It doesn't mean you have to contribute. If two players
stay in and the rake reaches .10 then the hand counts
for everyone.

Where people get confused is when there is not much action
and the pot doesn't reach the target amount. If this
happens then only five cents is raked. Now if you are
playing shorthanded and there are only five playing then
a five cent rake would count(five players= one cent per
player)

So just remember if you are at a table with six+ players
then the pot needs to be raked ten cents(which is a two
dollar pot). Five or less then a five cent rake will count.

How long before you saw this credited your account did you clear the FIRST bonus? I cleared my first bonus last night around 10pm, but 13 hours later I still see no 2nd bonus in my account. I'm just wondering if maybe it takes 24 hours for the next bonus to be credited, or something along those lines.
