I deposited $100 about a month ago for the $100 sign up bonus. Nothing showed up in my "pending bonus", so I opened a chat w/ their support. They told me the bonus was in my account and would be released for $30 after 100 RH and the remaining $70 after 500 RH. I withdrew my money to play elsewhere for a few weeks and returned to check out the games again and work out my bonus. I 3-tabled .05/.10 NL and .25/.50 limit for about 2 hours and thought that I had around 100 hands and hadn't received the $30 bonus.

I then opened up a new chat and asked them about my bonus and they told me I didn't have one. They said I'd have to email support to ask them about the issue. I clicked the email support button on the client and emailed them and the message was returned as undeliverable. I then emailed them through their support address on their website and it has been 24+ hours with no responce on my ticket.

Has anyone had similiar issues with Casino.net? How long do they usually get back to emails? I'm thinking I'm going to have to give them a ring...

You withdrew your money without playing the hands. Not all sites are like Paradise and Pokerstars. I seriously doubt you will get this bonus, however the phone help and email support were very helpful with me, and I did get a bonus that was not posted on the site under Pending Bonuses.

There weren't any cashout restrictions listed on their T&C.

I recall them being pretty timely and helpful when I played there a while back.

I'd suggest phone support if you can find the phone number. They should give it to you in live chat.
