Party gave me a free $50 to play with tonight, maybe a coincidence. Need to play 500 hands to cash it out.

Not a VIP, haven't played Party in ages, but they gave me $50 as a cashout restricted bonus when I checked my account tonight, and have to play 500 hands to cash it out, have run it up to $125 so far! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Can you clear this reload at .25/.50 or .50/1.00 LHE?

http://www.bonuswhores.com/poker-stars.php

You cannot clear this at .25/.50.
It clears at almost $3/hr/tb at .5/1
It clears at almost $5/hr/tb at 1/2

Everyone needs to cashout exactly $600 from party with "pokerstars reload" in the comments section on the cashout screen to nudge em along a little bit.

So basically if I make a deposit, I can withdrawl after 48 hours even if I have not yet cleared the bonus and still retain the ability to clear the bonus?

Also, do bonuses on Stars expire or are they similar to Paradise?

Stars bonuses never expire. I had a bonus that I just unlocked recently all the way from July 2005.

Hi Bambi,
You can get the answer to your question on the MTT Forum. (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/postlist.php?Cat=0&Board=tourn&page=1) It would be best to start a new thread there with your question in the subject heading.

@OP: Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't expecting this until next Thursday. Cheerio.

$200 depo. $40 bonus cleared, but then i found some guy dumping buyin after buyin at nl25. 10 in all.

Then, I found out he'd moved to nl200.. I took a shot.
+$350 for the bonus and other play.

My friend cleared his $20 bonus, sat with $40 at nl200, and ran it up to .... $1150.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but if you deposit say 500 bucks, can you go ahead and play with the bonus money right away so that you have 600 in your roll instead of 5?

No-you must earn the requisite 5 FPP/Bonus dollar (500 FPP in your example) before you can claim the bonus

Would clearing this at .5/1 full ring limit be painful? Bonuswhores says $3 per hour per table. Is this accurate?

Looks like 1 FPP is earned when the pot reaches 5 bucks at .5/1. What percentage of hands would hit 5 bucks at that limit?

The pot has to reach 10 bucks to earn fpp's at .5/1 not 5. It will take awhile to clear but you can do it. I cleared my first bonus playing .5/1 full but I was playing that limit at the time anyway. If i just did the math right on my old stats about 15% of the hands earned FPPs. So about 4k hands of .5/1 later you'll have a bonus.

Um, no. You can deposit once and get one deposit bonus. A subsequent deposit will not get that bonus. If you have documentation to back that up (deposit+bonus, transfer, deposit+bonus) send it to me at pokermanager@pokerstars.com and I'll put $50 in your accont (first legitimate email proving it).

Gregatron didn't mean that I'm sure. He would not share such a glitch if he knew this worked. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

He meant that you CAN'T withdraw money and then deposit for the bonus, but CAN transfer funds to another account and then deposit for the bonus.

I think. /images/graemlins/heart.gif

FYI, email Mr Jones if you don't have an account and he may offer you a first time deposit bonus if you missed this one.
I'd mention 2+2, it's worth a shot...i heard it worked for a few that didn't realize this expired on Mon.

I was told of this bonus by a friend; logged on last night to try and deposit, but couldn't find info. So I emailed support, and they said "you missed it by a day. But hey, if you deposit today we'll give you the bonus anyway". So in goes my $600 today and it's stacked there for me.

In a business world that seems to thrive on inept customer service and rake-screwing, stars seem to CONSISTENTLY dazzle me with it's excellent CS.

I <3 stars.

I missed it by less than an hour, emailed support and received the bonus. There CS is second to none. There is no reason they could not have said "sorry - you blew it". Instead they honored an expired bonus. And it took them less than 30 minutes from the time I sent the email...

Great Job Stars!
