UTG (45/10) Button (30/16).

What do we do on the flop and why? Turn and why?

Bet the flop obviously. Hard to say what to do on the turn without knowing what the 2 villains in this hand do after your bet.

Lets say I bet $4 on the flop and turn comes blank 5/images/graemlins/club.gif, bringing one caller from UTG (45/10 over 80 hands)....

I'm inclined to bet again since its hard for him to not raise your flop bet if he had 2pair/set/straight/or even flush just because of how wet the board is. But it would help to have some reads on UTG here since there obviously a big difference in a call from a donk and a call from a TAG.

bets like 4.50 and obv. folds to a raise (flop)

As played, probably bet like 9, basically putting him all in. He doesn't necessarily have a better hand, he could very likely have like a Q or J and a high diamond.
