They always talk about value betting thin at these stakes so what do you do here on the river? if you say bet, do you call a raise?

Read dependent. Most likely calling a raise. This isn't a thin value bet at all. I expect when raised to have the best hand most of the time but don't see much value in 3betting.

Reads?? Usually I bet/fold cause people rarely bluff (and hands like 98 and A8 are possibly in this villains range) here after calling down but that's just my generalized 25nl read. And other 2 pairs woulda raised sooner im guessing and rivered 2 pairs wont raise that often if you bet big enough...unless of course its like a minraise then maybe I'd call.

If villain is aggro I'll C/C vs pasive villain B/F...

VS either I can not see our hand being good if villain raises our river bet(unless villain is a nut job)..All hand that we beat that may raise the river would've at some point already raised..Only exception may be TJ but I doubt that hand would raise river on the board and the aggression OP has shown..
