Why don't we bet the turn? Looks to me like he's got some sort of combo draw, which he hit on the river. River is a fold.

This is a nightmare river card, so I don't think a fold is too bad. The fact that the villain decides not to go allin on the flop on such a board indicates, I think, that you are ahead in the hand. Therefore I would bet the turn to protect against any possible draws.
