Villain is 23/7/4.6 over 350 hands

I don't normally complete the SB here, but villain is very unlikely to raise so I reckoned I had good odds.

He is very aggro post flop and I don't know if he could be doing this with a worse A or maybe a K. I can't see what beats me that he would not raise PF with, but he is putting on a lot of heat...

Is b/f the turn better than c/f?

fold preflop. check the flop. once you bet, fold to the raise. c/f turn is perfect. get out of this hand. fast.

A4, J4, maybe even AJ? 44?

Completing with a decent ace is fine and betting the flop is fine but I'd fold to the raise.

Duno if that'd be right or not.

If you're going to play this hand, you need to raise it PF for a situation just like this. It gives you a chance to represent a stronger Ace on the flop and even 3 bet him on the flop.

As it's played, I c/f the turn since you have no way of narrowing his range. He could have checked with AT, J4, 44, AJ easily.
