Villain is 55/9/1.93 over 66 hands.

I called the river figuring there's a good chance he rivered a worse two pair.

Is there a reason for just a 1/2p bet on turn?

What exactly are you asking?

Whether you should have called with Top Two?

Bet more on the turn, and of course call river. He may have JT (which is what I suspect), but you're ahead here very often.
