My thoughts on reviewing this below in blue.

1. raise PF
2. raise flop - we crush everything except JT KK AA including AK, AQ, KQ
3. as played dead to a J in someone's hand - might as well check? in for a penny (instead of a pound)...
4. dead to J or diamond draw - fold

10nl only advice, shove preflop. Perhaps not a fundamentally sound play but at 10nl should be the most profitable. Mostly because MP has $4.2, UTG $1.25 and I doubt both will fold, expect snapcalls from all PP's and quite a few broadway hands. As played shove the flop. Call the river and expect to lose but whatever.
