Can't remember exact stats but villain was a bit taggish.

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
<font color="#cc0000">UTG raises to $2.5</font>, Hero calls, CO calls, 3 folds.

Flop: A/images/graemlins/spade.gif 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif ($8.25, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $5</font>, Hero calls, CO calls.

Turn: 4/images/graemlins/club.gif ($23.25, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $12</font>, Hero calls, CO folds.

River: J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif ($47.25, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $25</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero calls all-in $22.75</font>.
Uncalled bets: $2.25 returned to UTG.

Results:

Looking back I think I should have rr the turn because by then villain would be committed to call with a weaker ace.
Final pot: $92.75

I might've tried to get it in on the turn. Do you really think a Tag UTG raise a weaker ace though? You're hoping for AJ or AT and by the river all you beat is AT and tie AQ.

I think this is a pretty dangerous spot if he was really tagish. I think I might have re-raised the flop with AQ because he could be continuation betting with lower pairs. But as it played out I think that he has AK.

I like a 3bet preflop.

On the river, getting a little over 3-1 you need about 25% equity to make a call break even. If he does this with all combos of AT, you have 37% equity and have an easy call on your hands. If he only does it with ATs, you have about 20% equity and should fold. Overall, I think I would make the crying call on the river but don't expect to be good very often.
