UTG and MP1 are both TAGs like about 17/10/2.5
UTG+1 is a little bit looser at ~25/7/1.5

With roughly 14 SB in the pot that is not even close to the 10.5 to 1 odds you need to call with a gutshot. You have almost no other outs as you said and there is also a pair on the board (You should usually try to get more then the required 10.5 with a pair on board because of the possibility of a being dead and the huge presence of possible FH redraws when you make your draw on the turn).
Getting at best 7-1 if UTG+1 calls is not nearly enough. Not to mention the fact that UTG may re-raise.
Your implied odds are not even good since the raiser is closing the action and you will not be able to CR the field if you do make your straight.
Run for the hills.

Easy concensus. Pair on board, straights and flushes beware. Especially draws. And you are being asked to cold call, too. Dead meat. Kiss it goodbye.
