I could only find one scriptural imperative.

"Go forth and multiply"

What's it all about, ey?

I'd say 'you put your left leg in, left leg out, in-out-in-out, you shake it all about...', but it's a little UK-centric to make sense anywhere else...

Where is the "No point" choice?

I think a lot of posters here seem to /images/graemlins/grin.gif

A lot of posters in Politics, on the other hand, seem to get as far as Leviticus, in order to support and confirm the reasoning behind their moral outrage.

You forgot "happiness".

Lyrics similar to these were used in "The Hokey Pokey", played almost daily in a roller-skating rink I used to frequent in elementary school, in the state of Ohio. Not all that UK-centric to me, I would think.

It's Hokey-Cokey in the UK, and forgive my ignorance.

"There is no point" was not one of the option, so unfortunatly I can not see the results if the poll /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Maybe someoen could post the results.

I voted for love. (That's the same thing as sex, right?)

Hi jackel,

None of the choices on your poll encompass the whole answer to the question, although any or all of the choices may constitute an intergral part of anyone's life.

The answer is that the point of life is to experience it.

I am curious as to what your choices would be David, if you don't mind sharing.

There is no point. I choose to make one up which is to be happy and make some positive contribution to the world both in career and day to day (partly because this makes me happy). Otherwise it's just one big genetic fitness contest.
