Sklansky has made high claims concerning this area. Kasparov seems to have beaten him to the punch. Anyone know to what I am referring?

I only occasionally read SMP. I was about to write it off for good, but then I found this thread. Kudos!

teaching small children tensor calculus using only basic logic?

Or is it teaching small children that a mathematical statement does not have to be either true or false using only basic logic?

Does it have something to do with when Kasparov was arrested, he told reporters, “Not a single one of these charges is grounded in any truth. I'll allow others to elaborate."

I read a quote from Kasparov saying, "People that can solve all 3 move forced check mates are usually capable of becoming good presidents. Do you see why? "

ROFL...I see now. Kasparov is saying he'll make a better president than DS because he can discern 3 move forced checkmates faster. <Just kidding DS wherever you are.>

Isn't there a "How Life Imitates Poker" book out there? If not DS can write one.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head that tries to take a stab at this is "Ace on the River." On second thought, Brunson sort of stabs around this area too in Super System, he stabs quite a bit actually its just its not his main theme.

No there is no such book only the promise, 2 year promise, of one from Sklansky. I wonder if he had written one if it could have been used to help persuade congress to over turn the online gambling ban that hurts all U.S. poker players.
