not sure what you are expecting to fold on the flop.

1st, raise preflop.

2nd, it looks like you have decided he doesn't have a king and is on a draw by your raise, so you need to follow through on the turn for value. Obv if he raises then fold.

River is a very easy fold.

If you are going to bluff make it a real bluff not a "please call me bet" because those donks won't respect that. Raise him to 1.5$. the rest was played bad..

Raise pre-flop.

If you're going that on the flop it has to be bigger. And it is a bluff since worse hands are not likely gonna call and if they do it's just because it was so small and they're gonna fold the turn without hitting one of their overcards.

As played I would probably just call the flop.

As played the river is a really easy fold to his check/raise.

As others have said, raising PF makes this hand play much smoother.

I disagree with everyone who says he's bluffing on the flop though. Sure, your hand is really weak, but it most definitely has SD value. You're betting to protect against the very many cards that everyone can catch as you probably have the best hand right now, so make it a real bet and not just half-pot.

I check behind river unless I have some reason to believe villain is going to call me down really, really light. As played, calling that river check-raise would be really quite awful.
