I didn't want to slow play it because of the flush draw. There's been a few situations where I flop a pretty good hand but I'm scared to check the flop because of possible draws. Am I too cautious there? Or was there really nothing else I could have done?

You didn't want to slowplay it, so you instead bet 1/2 pot on flop, even less (38%) on turn, and a ridiculously small (20%) blocking bet on the river.

I know how you can get more out of this hand, bet more on every street. 6 on flop, makes a pot of 20, so you bet 15 on turn. Now the pot is 50 on the river, and you can make a nice blocking bet of like 25 cents.

Bet more on flop
Bet more on turn
Bet more on river

The turn bet is particularly bad as it prices in the flush draw you put him on.

I would bet a bit more on the streets. On Flop, he only had to call .04 into .12 so he's getting 3:1 pot odds. That's good enough for a call on a FD IF he's got anything else he can even remotely tie to it-like an OESD or GS. Same holds true for the Turn. The card didn't help him or you but he only has to call .06 into .22. That's 3.7:1 pot odds-even better than it was on the Flop. I'd hit him hard on both Flop and Turn to give him maybe 2:1 or 2.5:1. I'd pot the Flop to kill his odds and to get a better idea of what he's holding. On that Turn card I'd come out with a 2/3 pot bet at least.
