Thoughts on hand please, villain is unknown.
My thoughts on river, if he is going to call a small value bet, he probably will also call of rest of his stack.

That's not what I said /images/graemlins/smile.gif But do you see an unknown call with a weaker ace?

calling flop and donking turn?

call flop, check/call turn and bet or c/min-raise river depending on his turn action.

Damn so passive, surly you can't ever have a good win rate if you arn't betting with good hands?

The thing is, your hand is good but there are no hands out there which are worse.

By 3barreling you turn your hand into a bluff, which wont work.
If villain is unknown he probably wont call down with A2-A5, except he's stupid.

The board is fairly dry, which hands do you think he has?
K6? 76?

By underrepping your hand, you get hands like that to bet, bet bet and you are still ahead.

I think that at nl10 alot of people tihnk "theres two A on the board, so he cant have one that often" and call us down lightly. I have heard a few players say their thoughts in these lines so I see absolutely no wrong in taking heros line here. I actually like it more the more I think about it.

Is there a rule against calling flop/donking turn? Not that I know of and if I did I wouldnt be playing by.

This hand happened about 2 minutes before, think i was maybe slightly tilted by it... Still seems like easy fold, just frustrating

At 10NL, not only do I see an unknown calling down with a weaker A, I see unknowns calling down with far less than that.

Unless I have notes, I don't ever see an unknown at this level folding any A. Often, they won't even fold second pair no kicker, finding it impossible with two A on the board that someone else has one.

My analysis too. You build the pot with the intension of getting it all in when you flop a decent hand and no draws make it.
