The fact that UTG has 74 VPIP makes me want to push this hoping he folds and leaves tons of dead money in the pot. I push this. Even if we get called, we are liekly ahead of UTG+1 or in a coinflip and its for a whole buyin so I dont think he will call "that" wide (as in Q9s etc)
