Villain is a passive 52/6/1.3 over 100 hands. Is it possible to get value from worse kings by betting 1/2 pot or so here?

Raise turn for the pot, as played bet river as large as you think you can get paid. Villain's a loose-passive and you'll be getting value from everything probably down to a pair of 9s. You also want to protect against draws on the turn.

You need to be more aggressive with your made hands. TPTK is strong and you need to be valuetowning people with it.

Value bet. 1/2-3/4 pot. You're going to be called by worse kings... a backdoor flush is out of his range.

yes. look for value from any king, any queen, etc. Don't think he would check KQ on the flop, you should be good. Throw out a 5 spot or so and fold to a raise.
