Reads: Villain is aggro donk (40/26), and had an INFINITE flop aggression rating. He had been c-betting every flop he raised, and most when OOP or when checked to. I was pretty sure he had a monster (QQ or JJ), but is it wrong to fold this strong of a hand to a minraise?

I think given your description of villain that folding would be a travesty. AA/KK/JJ are possible here, but he would play AK and KQ like this as well.
