140bb deep fold KK pre?

I have no reads on villan really. I buy into never folding for 100bb stacks but what about in this situation?

So you lost with KK to AA and now youre thinking about folding pf. The thing is next time you consider folding again but end up calling and villain shows you JJ/QQ/AK you wont think much about it at all after that. I think its 1 in 26 times you get KK villain has AA. That might be at full ring though, so technically its less common SH. Against a nit with a good read I consider it at 200 bb. Less than that and stacks go in.
