I may be inclined to 4bet pf to get rid of BB, though I don't know if that's the best move.

As played I'd just call his flop bet and go from there. If a 4th spade hits on the turn and he bets I'm folding though. On a blank I may c/r, but again I'm not sure if that's the best play.

i agree to 4-betting preflop.you dont just chase the bb out but you also get more informations about SBīs hand.when he repopps it you can fold.on the flop you cant know what hands he has.he can have the two black aces(i often see players minreraising with a big hand preflop) or maybe the same hand then you with the ace of spades.call on flop. when you raise the flop he might just go all in with a big spade and you have no idea where you stand.when he fires fires again on the turn i c/f based based on his betsize.if he just checks i fire 2/3 pot or go all inn
