If you raised preflop, tptk is always the nuts vs shorty. If he outflopped you, so be it, you will show profit in the long run since he didnt have the necessary implied odds to call preflop. Sometimes he will also pay you on the flop with worse hands such as AJ+, and probably any oesd/fd perhaps even gutshot.
