I fold. I don't see MP getting crazy with 77/88/99 or AK 3way.

UTG looks like he either has a draw, a set, a straight, or a top pair hand from his action pf and on the flop. MP look looks like he has an overpair bigger than yours probably and is trying to protect against all those draws on the board. If you push youre dominated against MP often and UTG often enough. If you call, UTG probably shoves as does MP and then you really have to fold. So just fold now.

also IDK how to open from the BS unless everyone has folded to you.

3 betting it here is standard more or less, but IMO it is not like a 99% easy play that you always make w/o even thinking.

This might be tougher if you weren't deep. As is I think this is an easy fold, you don't want to get invested when you really have no idea where you are for 200BBs.
