No HH, sorry.
Stars .10/.25
Villain seems to be on tilt, and although I'm new to the table he seems to be specifically playing back at me.

Folded to Villain in SB who limps, Hero is BB with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
Hero raises to 1$, villain calls.

(1.75$) Flop 8/images/graemlins/club.gif7/images/graemlins/club.gif3/images/graemlins/heart.gif
Villain checks, hero bets 1.5$, Villain check-raises to 4$, Hero calls.
Turn 8/images/graemlins/club.gif7/images/graemlins/club.gif3/images/graemlins/heart.gif8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
Villain bets 6$, Hero is allin for 20$

What's villain's SB limping range? Has villain C/Rd many flops? What's villain's turn AF? Does villain double barrel bluff often?

Without any of this info, IMO your line here is mega-mcspew.

Is villain capable of folding an overpair?

I agree whith this. If the above seems likely I would put villian on a draw or any weaker 7 or even a lower pp, in that case this push is for value. I kinda like this line.
