What does it mean if on my PokerEV graph my Total winnings is a lot below my EV

It doesn't mean anything. PokerEV is only effective at calculating all-in situations. The "total winnings" measure is completely worthless in a vacuum. The software states very clearly that it cannot accurately measure this statistic.

When you combine the graph with additional statistics and information on your playing style, then it *may* be somewhat useful. But as is, it is completely meaningless.

I would highly suggest uninstalling pokerEV - as far as I can see it does not have a single genuine use as far as learning poker goes...
