yea, probably, but i was thinking that 3 people in the hand and up against a passive BB that it would be better to check

You've got a flush draw on a board that is unlikely to have helped anyone, and they've both checked to you. This is an autobet.

This should be a flop bet even if you have nothing, add in decent showdown equity with the draw and a bet is even easier.
