Villain is 48/8/1.4 over his first 50 hands. During my time at the table I've seen villain open-push 40-50 BBs with both AJ and AQ and open-limp KK. He is obviously a donkey, but can we call the turn here for 100 BBs with top pair second kicker?

I don't think we can call. The 2/images/graemlins/club.gif did not help him and a lot of villains will play 2 pair like this, and a set is very possible too. You haven't invested alot in the hand, so I think you should wait for a better spot. I just don't feel comfortable putting my entire stack in against this type of aggression with TP2K. His AF is only 1.4, and based upon that, I have to give him credit for a big hand. This guy is donkish so it's inevitable that if you wait, he'll stack off to you when you have a big hand. Happens all the time.

I don't see a lot of hands in villain's range that we beat, except maybe a small pair UI, straight/flush draw. But if you've seen villain open-push crap like AJ and AQ while slowplaying good hands, I call here a lot even if AF is very low.
