3bet the flop to 19, but now you gotta bet 14-16 and call a shove

I play it the same, make it around 20~~ at flop and call a shove. As played i lead turn for 16.

If I 3-bet to 19 and he shoves over the top, am I committed to call? Isn't that pretty indicative of being way behind?

I think you are committed to call, he could easily do it with many hands that you are ahead.
