When SB cold calls the raise on the flop it tells me he's either there already or drawing, therefore betting the river when checked to really has no value.

don't bet the river! I've bcome preoccupied with extracting value on the river lately, and made bet in stupid spots like this, think turned two pair here a lot of the time... can't see u getting called with worse here
