lead and call , no way you want to see the turn and no way you want to fold so get the money in as quickly as possible with maybe a little fold equity.

My concern here was there were two active opponents behind me, so the chances of someone having a king were greater. I therefore thought leading wouldn't have much folding equity. Is this bad thinking?

Lead. Call a shove. They'll both fold a decent amount and even if one has a K you have 12 outs.

you should never always do something. especially this.

Go for a checkraise. It's likely one of these players will bet and try to find out where they're at. So let them do that and shove all-in. You might even get a K to fold.
