This isn't a terrible bluff. It's an easy Kx hand. Or Jx looking for pot control maybe.

seems to me there is a good chance the villain has something like J9 and my experience at these levels is he isnt folding

Seems a reasonable spot to bluff, I would play like this against many opponents.

Pre flop is fine depending on table conditions, flop is fine, I would just give up after that though assuming Im not tilting.

Got any better reads than that? I generally assume anyone with stats like this at 50nl is a station (unless I have a read) and never bluff them.

Preflop is fine but river bet is spew unless you have a good image. Expect to get looked up here often by many pairs.
