KQ is certainly in his range, but so is AJ, AT, 55, JT...

This is fine, his range is way bigger than just KQ.

im being picky here, but i like a bit of a bigger bet on the flop, $2.50. Even if button has KQ, you still have 10 outs to win.

Against his range you're ahead, no way im folding here...as MicroDonk said his range is AJ A10 55 J10 maybe JJ and 10's. But here i play as played.
