I imagine that calling on the flop he has to have a K, pockets, or hearts. Once we get to the river, the only thing that I can call against is a broken flush draw, or maybe a weaker ace, right? Is this a fold? Can I really put him on the ace?

Yes. You beat... Almost everything. And you are getting 3:1. The question is not whether you should, but whether you should raise. If he had more money, I would raise, because he couldn't push without a real hand. But since he is so short, I just call.

AhXh bets here also I am sure. I would call here 100% of the time and if he has a king so be it. Getting 3:1 here is an easy call with aces up and best kicker.

Raising is much better than folding, imo. You have the only Ace that doesn't split and he easily peels the flop with A high. Anyway, folding is gross.

To me, this seems like an easy call. Someone who plays 38/0 doesn't strike me as a player who knows a lot about what type of hands should and should not be value bet here, so I think you're winning a big percentage of the time here. You only face a moderate sized bet on the river, go ahead and call.

AX bets here, I snap call this bet you beat all Aces except AK. He could easily have had AXh or even something like JT or QJh.

Call here.
