Okay, So I know I have the best hand on the flop and on the turn, but what's the best play on the turn?

How do I extract the most money from my opponent? Is he holding a weak ace or a draw?

I think divine inspiration struck sb and he realized on the turn that maybe K high wasn´t the best hand so he made a tough fold. Nothing you can do.
