This player is one of the worst lags I've seen in a long time, 68/54/23 ~ 100 hands... Have at this point seen him min-raise light pf on several occations and I think I'm actually ahead of his range at this point (not the reason for the call obviously), on the flop I reckon I have more than the flush outs, I think it's very likely my overs are clean outs as well.. On the turn I add an oesd, FE is zero here, so what's my play?

Has he done this before after raising light? To me this looks like a very strong line. I would feel better raising it on the flop if you think that your overcards are outs.
As played I think you have to put your money in on the turn but I'm just going by what I think other people would say. Personally I would just call and see the next card, but im not sure if this a leak.

since u have zero fe, i quess i would call and shove river if u hit, that includes K or Q

If he's as laggy and spewy as you say (c-betting a lot i presume?) I think a flop raise here is goot.

As played, you say FE is 0, so that kind of answers your question. If you think you can always stack off when you hit call, if you don't think you can then fold. But if you think your FE is zero I assume that means you think you will get paid?

Doesn't anyone like a 3bet PF (say 5) here ?

Shud add that he tries to be trappy with big hands, and just autobets a large percentage of the rest (or so it seems), pretty nice to play against, except that he's sucked out five times already... Dont like the four bet here, he never folds and yes I might be ahead of his range but he'll be willing to go to the felt with any pair so don't like to bloat the pot to much pf, if i hit good I'll get in a large percent of the time

ok i think we should shove preflop, we should shove the flop and as played call the turn.

why would you shove preflop against a spewtard???

raising/shoving the flop is fine. As played I dont mind a call on the turn.

there will be plenty of better chances than with KQs....

true
but i think KQs is not the worst hand to push preflop.
but pushing flop is the best play imo, he'll call anyways.
