villian seemed to press action without a whole lot behind it. wanted to push the table around occationally. he didn't do this every hand, but often enough, that i thought this might be the draw to play. thoughts?

No, fold to flop raise too. C/f flop to any largish bet.

given the way over bet, i thought that my flush draw might be good. granted, my raise was only a push for me, but i thought it a good spot given the circumstances.

I think preflop is a fold after the 3-bet...especially out of position.

Ugly. I prolly fold pre-flop both chances I get without a good reason not to.

Leading flop sucks.

Not folding to flops raise is not good I don't think from eyeballing it.

3bet to you preflop I'm folding this every time. Way out of position there's nothing wrong with folding even if it hadn't been 3bet. When UTG+1 raises again I'd fold again. When he raises the flop I'd fold. Villain would have to be really, really pressing the action for me to go this crazy.

so it sounds from the replies that i shouldn't have been where i was. regardless of the results, i will keep in mind what was posted. btw, the only reason i posted the results, is that i said i would. i want to learn if i should've been in this spot or not. thanks again for all who posted. i will try to become more of a regular here as well as the limit forum.

I'm not sure about preflop. Is this always a fold? Readless, obv. I fold it quite a bit but will call in certain spots. This a leak?

Do we play this differently with AhKx?

Its just a minraise and a minreraise, but w/o further reads on their tendencies I dump AQo here PF. Its a good, but not great hand..

Definately fold once villain 4-bets.

Once we get to the flop like this, just c/f.

If I get there with Ahkx like this, I'm getting it in, since we are almost guaranteed to have 9 clean outs. Our A and K are outs too a decent amount of the time.

I fold pf really fast. Chances are that you are not going to see a flop for that price, and you might be up against better hands.

On the flop, IF I want to push it, I crai. Donīt donk bet. You got very lucky that you hit a good flop for your hand vs his specific hand. Getting it all in on the flop is not terrible if you suspect he could 4bet pf with something other than KK+. But donīt get in that spot in the first place.

i appreciate all the responses. i am beginning to think this was one of the partial tilt hands that i play like this because of getting pushed around a lot that night. that is definitely something i will watch. i could end up losing a lot of money this way. thanks again.
